The Cultural Rucksack - SKUP projects
Film about SKUP ("School Development in the Cultural Rucksack") programme. Schools in Oslo can apply for funds to make their own art project with pupils in collaboration with professionals artists. Including contributions from Paul Collard, Chief Executive at Creativity, Culture and Education (CCE) in England, Anne Elisabeth Saeter, Adviser at Den Kulturelle Skolesekken (The Cultural Rucksack) in Oslo, Norway, and teachers and pupils involved.
