A successful pedagogical project in Kulturfabrik (Luxemburg)

Kulturfabrik, the Cultural Centre located at the heart of the Great Region in the south of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in Esch-sur-Alzette, provided the children from French schools with the opportunity to get an insight in cultural work as well as to see all the efforts that are behind preparing a play. The children took part in all the different stages of the project and the results were rewarding for everyone, such as designing of the flyers, etc.

Kulturfabrik is committed to making culture accessible to all - disabled people (through creative workshops), adults in difficulty or school children. Kulturfabrik insists on the mobility of works of art, artists and audiences across the border. This pedagogical project answers both demands and is about creating a show from A to Z with elementary school children. Through the project children had opportunity to develop an awareness for communication skills, artistic training in schools, and finally to experience performing in the play at the Kulturfabrik. Whole project was organized in collaboration with French schools, an institutional leader and a Luxembourgish cultural center. A video about this very  successful project can be seen onthis link.
